Complaints

If you have a complaint about a product you bought from us, email us first at info@seated-dept.com and include your order number. We will try to find a solution with you.

If we can't agree, you can file a complaint with the Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints (Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager), Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. You file it through the complaint portal at naevneneshus.dk. When you file, give our email address: info@seated-dept.com.

If mediation does not settle the case, it can go on to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet).

Conditions for filing a complaint:

• You must have bought the product as a consumer.
• The price of the product must fall within the minimum and maximum amounts the board accepts. These limits are adjusted regularly.
• You pay a fee to file. You get it back if you win or if the complaint is rejected.

If you live in another EU country, you can get free help with a cross-border complaint from the European Consumer Centre Denmark (Forbruger Europa) at forbrugereuropa.dk.
